LITEK visited an international expo in San Francisco

Conference and expo “Photonics West” was held in San Francisco (California, USA) in 5-7 of February, 2013. LITEK representatives visited this expo. “Photonics West” conference and expo is one of the most influencing events in photonics – biophotonics and biomedical optics, manufacturing of high-power lasers, optoelectronics, micro-processing and “green” photonics. This event is being held in the arena “The Moscone Center”, which has an area of 40 000 m2. According to the data from organizers, more than 1300 companies participated in the expo and they attracted more than 20 000 visitors from all over the world.

Every year this expo gathers specialists in various fields – businessmen, manufacturers, engineers and scientists as well as representatives of various government and military organizations, who come to find out newest global tendencies in the field of photonics.

These 6 Lithuanian companies also participated in the  event: EKSPLA, Light Conversion, Standa, EKSMA Optics, Altachna and Brolis Semiconductor.

During the expo LITEK “Laser component” catalogues and booklets with USB catalogues were distributed.

LITEK representative established links with IPG Photonics, High-Q-Laser, CVI Melles Griot Korea Electro-Optics Co., Northrop Grumman Corporation, Aerospace Systems and other companies.
