LITEK™ at European Cluster Matchmaking Event 2018
European Cluster Matchmaking Event 2018, which gives participants the opportunity to discover areas of mutual cooperation that is beneficial to them, took place on 22nd of February in Brussels during the European Industrial Days. Approximately 140 cluster representatives from European cluster organizations took part and organized cross-sectoral meetings during this event.
The representatives of the Laser and Engineering Technology cluster (LITEK™), who attended the event, met representatives of different sector clusters and exchanged contacts, shared information about the goals and opportunities for cooperation and established a long lasting communication start with potential partners.
The main goal of the LITEK™ cluster during this event was to introduce international business representatives to the activities of the companies uniting LITEK™ cluster, to disseminate the message about achievements and planned activities and projects that require international partners. The clusters of different sectors were familiarised with certain companies that could be needed and useful for further cooperation, the organization of new value chains, participation in projects, the achievement of international goals and outcomes. About 12 different contacts were created during the event. They will be useful for LITEK™ companies which are interested in cooperation and joint projects.
