Laboratory of Optical Coatings
We develop reactive magnetron sputtering technologies of different types of metals. It can be applied in forming thin metal oxside layers and developing inovative optical components for lazers and optoelectronic devices which have specific optic parameters: low losses, high lazer radiation resistance.
The research involves development of optical surfaces preparation technologies to create methods enabling to wash/clean a big amount of optical components surfaces efectively. Optical components massive production is possible because of these developed technologies.
Prototyping Laboratory (3D printing)
We perform engineering systems, equipment design and detail work, simulations and various structural strength calculations. We print prototypes and other details of the customer’s desired objects of ceramic, plastic and metal. Products can be a variety of structures, complexity. The final product has the right functionality and sturdiness.

Laboratory of Technological Optics
Optics and crystal polishing laboratory provides precision flat optics and crystal polishing services. The optics and crystals used in high power lasers or laser systems, as well as in other optical instruments. In laboratory are polished optical sheets from 10 to 50 mm of BK7 glass and fused silica. Typical available optical polishing specifications – flatness λ/10 @ 633 nm, surface quality – 20/10 scr/dig.
The laboratory can also polish DKDP, KDP and LBO crystals used in electro – optic modulators and for laser harmonic generation.
