The beginning of maturing session of LITEK cluster
Laser and Engineering Technologies cluster (LITEK) become one of 10 Lithuania’s clusters winners that will get consultations from experts from “Innovation, networking promotion and development (InoLink)” project governed by Agency of Science, Innovation and Technology (MITA). A tripartite agreement for future consultations between LITEK, MITA and Lithuanian innovation center (LIC) was signed on October 4th, 2016. This agreement and collaboration will help promote cluster’s internationalization, growth, maturity and new products development.
During these consultation sessions members of LITEK will be able to gain some knowledge in law, marketing, collaboration, strategies forming and international partnership fields and gain other related competences. The lecturers will be the best experts in their field who will help LITEK and other clusters all their gained theoretical knowledge turn into practical experiences. Clusters will be able to participate in organized events, seminars and exhibitions.
Clusters participating in this project will have all the possibilities to deepen their competences, find new international partners, expand export in global market and became mature clusters in international market of innovations. Head of the MITA Kęstutis Šetkus hopes that after the end of the project at least 6 clusters from Lithuania will have international clusters bronze excellence award.
Lithuanian innovation center (LIC) will help MITA implement all expert consultations and sessions in this three-year duration project.
